Civil ID is provided to all expatriate in Kuwait. Once Visa is stamped in our passport, the next process is to apply for a civil ID (For new Visa) or apply for renewal of Civil ID. Apter applying for Civil ID, the status of Civil ID can be obtained from PACI (The Public Authority for Civil information) website. The applicant should enter his/ her civil ID number to get the status.
Once civil ID is ready, the applicant should visit the PACI office at south Surra, where you have to feed in two one KD and your old civil ID. For new applicant, he should get a duplicate civil ID from the counter and apply as above in the machine
